The door features a magnetic packing type, ensuring high airtightness and ease of use. The flow meter is equipped with a flow adjustment valve for 0 to 5 liters/min. The gas IN side has a joint for a φ6 tube, and the timer is set for 0 to 30 minutes, which is the N2 supply time when the door is closed.
